Waterproof Vinyl Flooring Transformation

A residential home in our Miami-Dade / Broward service area went from fragmented light square tile to a continuous, warm, wood-look waterproof floor across every main room. Baseboards were removed for a clean installation and finished in white for a modern look.

Before — Fragmented tile & prep

The home had aged light-colored square tile across the living room, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms and hallway. Baseboards were carefully removed during the preparation phase so the new floor could run cleanly wall-to-wall.

Installation Process

Boxes of waterproof light wood-look flooring were staged on-site. The team worked room by room to keep plank direction and pattern continuous from the entry through the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms and hallway.

  • Warmer, more inviting atmosphere throughout the home
  • Visual continuity from living room to kitchen, bedrooms and hallway
  • Brighter, more open feel thanks to a light wood-look palette
  • A more modern, cohesive finish with fresh white baseboards
